Winning wellbeing artwork transformed into mural

The winning design from our Wellbeing Hub competition has now been brought to life as a stunning mural in our dining social area. Izzy M’s beautiful drawing of flowers and insects was transformed into a striking wall painting over the summer by professional muralist Georgia Edwards.

Four winning students were lucky enough to work with Georgia last year to produce mural artwork using the slogan ‘Be Kind to Your Mind’. This was part of our initiative to raise awareness in school of the importance of staying mentally healthy. Izzy’s design was ultimately chosen to be turned into the real thing and her creation has certainly brightened up our school communal areas whilst also sending out a positive message about wellbeing. Well done Izzy.
