Year 10s learn how to prepare fresh fish

Our Year 10 Hospitality & Catering students have been learning how to gut, fillet and cook fresh mackerel, which they then pan fried or made into pâté. We were very impressed with the skills and attention to detail students showed during these activities. A big thank you to RG Morris in Buxton who provided us with the fantastic fresh fish.
